Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, your product will be on its way into your arms via Australia Post’s Parcel Post tracked postal service for domestic and international orders. Please refer to below link to estimate the standard shipping times from Australia Post to your destination.

Order Processing

Please note that preparing an artwork for shipment and packaging may take 3-5 days. Additionally, some of the larger prints are made to order and therefore please allow for at least 2 weeks additional processing time. I will be in touch with you during this period for any unusual delays or issues and appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping is included for all domestic orders. Additionally, I am happy to arrange a click and collect option from my studio in Box Hill or discuss a delivery option (for original artwork only) in the Greater Melbourne area.

  • Delivered using standard Australia Post parcel with additional changes for express or signature requirements. Please call or email me immediately after your purchase to indicate any special requirements and make the additional payments.
  • Delivered to the first available dry area outside of your house or building (front door, porch, landing area, garage, etc.).
  • Delivered inside the lobby or to your floor if there is safe entry to an apartment building, and the size permits.
  • Service includes item collection, packing, shipping and full insurance.
  • Service does not include unpacking, inspection, assembly, or installation.
  • All originals will be professionally packaged to provide maximum protection.
  • Responsibility of the purchaser to ensure item will fit through any doorways, hallways, stairwells or elevators.
  • Signature is required at delivery for orders over $100 AUD

International Shipping

Shipping of originals or prints is not included with purchase and the freight is quoted after your order is placed (based on dimensions, distance, express preference, insurance etc.) and the item will be shipped once you have accepted the quote and paid the shipping fee. Please call (+61431903089) or email me (hello@santoshmahale.com) immediately after your purchase to secure estimate of the shipping fee and making the additional payments.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days which means if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including original packaging) and receipt or proof of purchase. Please note the additional terms and conditions associated with returns:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) – please check your bank account and credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@santoshmahale.com.
  • Only regular priced and non-commissioned work may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and private commission work cannot be refunded. Thank you for understanding this.
  • 10% restocking fee will apply on all returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace prints and merchandise items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@santoshmahale.com first and we can discuss the specific situation.
  • Exchange Shipping: If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
  • Return Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to the address mentioned in the return label in Box Hill, Victoria, Australia 3128. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
